Hola, great to see you on our website. Thank you for your interest in our services. Let me introduce you to Lake Arenal Property Management.
We started out in 2017 when a neighbour in our residential area Las Flores in Nuevo Arenal asked if I could help rent their home. Therefor the first iteration of our business was known as Las Flores Property Management. From there it spread out and we started managing more homes in and all around Nuevo Arenal. Since these days we’re covering most of the Lake Arenal-area, it was time for a new name and everything that goes with it. Here we now are as Lake Arenal Property Management.
“We” are a team consisting of many. A great team of cleaning and maintenance personnel. A great network with several builders, woodworkers, fumigators, plumbers and more.
The main players in our team are:
- Jenni, who we have known for around 15 years, and is in charge of everything cleaning and regular maintenance related.
- Dennis does most of all communication with renters and home owners.
- Jose “Chops” is relatively new to our team and is currently in charge of larger maintenance and remodeling projects.
- And me; Kirsten, originally from the Netherlands, I’ve been living here in Arenal for about 20 years so I know all the ins and outs pretty well I would say.
Over the years we’ve gained tons of experience and found out (often the hard way) what works and what does not work here, who to trust and very importantly who to stay away from, all the differences and micro-climates in all different areas around the lake.
